About this item
Product details
After cooking our peppermint candy in a copper kettle over an open flame, we carefully separate each batch into two parts. One becomes the red peppermint center while a smaller portion is stretched by hand on a candy hook until it is white. Then it forms a "blanket" that is stretched over the red peppermint before being cut into drops by our vintage candy roller. The result is a refreshing candy that tastes as good as it looks. Our candy is cooked in a copper kettle with top quality ingredients before being formed by vintage equipment. We're proud to say our candies our family made in the USA! Our commercial facility is inspected by the NC Department of Agriculture.
