Rib flex rack
Bought the entire flex rack system-2 mult purpose flex racks and one rib flex rack. The rib flex rack I received is only 8.5" wide. The website shows it is 9" wide. Needless to say, it doesn't fit. Now I am going round and round with Char-broil trying to get the correct rib flex rack. The website has the wrong rib flex rack when ordering under accessories for the Rider DLX. Everything else I ordered fit (2 multi purpose flex racks and the grill cover) LOVE the smoker!!!
