I have recommended it, it exceeded my expectations

I only have 2 discs in my neck and the pain and fatigue are a constant. I work at an office that has chairs which backs do not even reach my shoulders (and I am only 5 1/4 feet tall. It has really help even though the chairs depth is not great. A couple of my co-workers have tried it and loved it.
