Good cheesecake pan, short on 10" only 9.5" id
Like - the pan is decent and well made. Dislike - it is not 10 inches on the inside but 9.5". Outside - lip to lip is 10. My previous springform pan was the full 10 inches and 2 7/8" deep. I guess things have changed in the adverts present and what you get. I am sure this pan will work well but disappointed in the shorting of the standards of old.
