Both of the pro controllers I ordered came looked great, packaging was not damaged and the contents did not look tampered with. The quality of the control felt legitimate and I ran the “update test” on both controllers to see if they were official Nintendo controllers and they updated smoothly. I purchased my controllers through “Catchndealz” and had a great experience thus far with these controllers, they definitely feel brand new. Be aware that there are sellers in the Walmart Marketplace that are shipping out fake controllers, the return process is not consumer friendly most of the time as Walmart cannot intervene in most cases with 3rd part vendors.

The Nintendo Switch Pro Controller is a huge upgrade over the standard Joy-Cons, especially for longer gaming sessions. The weight feels just right, solid without being heavy. I can go multiple sessions without even thinking about charging it, which is a big plus compared to other controllers I’ve used. It holds a charge impressively well and charges quickly when needed. The overall feel is fantastic. The grip is comfortable, the buttons are responsive, and everything feels well-built. It’s ergonomic in a way that makes a real difference during extended play. The joysticks are smooth and precise, which really helps in games that require accurate movement. They feel durable and consistent, with no noticeable drift or looseness. Overall, this controller feels like the way the Switch is meant to be played. It’s reliable, comfortable, and well worth it if you spend a lot of time gaming.
