Navy E Ribbon

The Navy E Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This ribbon may be worn by all personnel who served as permanent members of the ship’s company or squadrons winning the Battle Efficiency Award. The Navy “E” Ribbon is worn after the Meritorious Unit Commendation and before the Prisoner of War Medal. The award is awarded to ships or squadrons which have won battle efficiency competitions. Was instituted in 1976 and when placed on official uniforms this ribbon is worn with a silver letter device. While displaying the silver E this ribbon also has a color pattern of thin gold ends, followed by a white thick stripe, and a blue middle. Navy E Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar. To purchase this ribbon for yourself or a family member's shadow box, or display case, we require a DD-214 or other valid proof that this medal was honorably awarded.
