Navepoint 1U Adjustable 4-Post Shelf Rails
I have a NavePoint 42U server rack and they are great. The adjustability is essential nd they extend enough to basically fit any rack, The biggest downside is how incompatible they are with certain 2U Dell PowerVault equipment (annoyingly so). You have to drill holes in the half-slot locations in order to get the equipment push in all the way. They do what they are designed to do and then some.
