For the first application, spread Rabbit MACE Granular evenly and generously, forming an 18-inch distance away from flower beds, ornamentals, gardens, ground cover, and crops vulnerable to rabbit browsing. Create a protective barrier approximately 24 inches (2 feet) wide around plant groups. Also sprinkle Rabbit MACE Granular between individual plant groups. Regularly re-applying every 7 to 10 days will effectively train rabbits to avoid your landscaped and garden areas, protecting shrubs, flowers, trees, and crops. To maintain ongoing protection, re-apply Rabbit MACE Granular monthly. In areas experiencing heavy or frequent rabbit activity, additional applications or increased amounts may be necessary; in such situations, expand the protective barrier to 30 inches wide. Consistent application will condition rabbits to consistently avoid your garden and landscaping. Always re-apply after heavy rainfall. Avoid applying during strong wind conditions. For Larger Areas: Apply Rabbit MACE Granular in a 24-inch-wide protective barrier around the perimeter of the area you want to protect. Additionally, create a secondary barrier 15 inches wide inside the protected zone, repeating every 15 feet.
