Nordic Ware Naturals 2-Piece Aluminum Oven Crisping Bakeware Set with 13" x 18" Rectangular Half Sheet and Multi-Use Rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best baking/grilling pan I've ever owned. It allows you to lift your food off of the pan so that it can crisp all the way around and cook evenly. I even used it to bake chicken wings, and then I took the liner rack with the holes and set it on the grill to char up the wings after I sauced them . And let me tell you they were the best chicken wings I've ever had. I will be using this pan all summer long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan was even more than I could have expected. You essentially get two pans in one. The first is a standard sheet pan which can be used on its own and then the grill rack which can be used with the sheet pan or on its own on the grill. The sheet pan has worked great on its own and the grill pan worked great with the sheet pan to crisp in the oven and got the grill pan on its own on the grill.
