I love this microwavable bacon cooker. If I need bacon grease I don't put paper towels under the bacon. If I want less greasy and crispy bacon, then I do put two paper towels under the bacon cooker. When the paper towels are present, it is an easy clean up. It fits four standard bacon slices without overlapping. However, the ends of the bacon do extend past the cooker for the first minute, until it shrinks. At that time I secure the lid properly.

Quick microwave fryer for bacon and sausage.

This item is excellent for frying bacon in the microwave. I microwave for 3 minutes if the bacon is to be reheated latter. For immediate eating microwave for 4 minutes. No mess, product drains the grease and can be saved for other frying instead of vegetable or corn oil. I now have one fryer in each of my two homes. It is also excellent for sausage links and franks. No more spattering in the oven or on the cooktop. Plus it is so fast.

Love bacon; dislike cleaning to the grease. This microwaveable little “grill” does the job! Put a piece of paper towel down on the pan then line up the bacon and put a paper towel on top and finally the lid. Microwave a minute per piece of bacon adjusting the time for the way you like to eat bacon. The paper towel makes it easier to clean the “grill” and lid.
