We moved and had to get a new internet company. We now have Comcast and they said we needed to either rent from them for $10 a month ($120) a year or we could purchase our own..for $100 or so..well, I went on walmart.com and found this one with great reviews...bought it and had it delivered to our store and it was there in just a few days. We hooked it up and then hooked up our wireless router and wallaaa...we have internet. Awesome! Would highly recommend this!!

The Netgear DOCSIS 3.0 was very easy to install. I called my internet Provider (TWC) and the agent activated the modem, it worked without any problems. I haven't had any problems with it at all thus far. I am very happy with this purchase. I also have owned the Netgear Router for many years and have had no problems with it either.

I got this modem as I was switching ISP and would be getting a discount with having my own modem. It is doing great pulling in over 200MB down stream and matches perfectly to my ASUS (RT-AC68U) router. I've had Motorola in the past and this is every bit as good. Go for it, get it!
