These are excellent springs for towing. I used them to replace the shorter softer riding springs for my air ride suspension that I am getting rid of. They are comparable to what is in a z-71 1500 suburban. I used them with stiffer riding shocks for towing and am very happy with my Yukon xl's new 2” rear lift. They are worth every penny.

These are the same springs noted in many forums to give a 2 inch lift to your GMT 900. You will need corresponding shocks and I recommend Bilstein 5100s.
