Relatively simple to use. Just find a longer run, push down on the top to in- bed the scissors in the tunnel and move back and forth to give them unimpeded closure, then press with your foot to set. Mole comes and burroghs where you have tamped and pushes up a mound under the trigger and the scissors close on the critter. Caught 6 in 10 days on 1/2 acre lot. Sorry but they were destroying my lawn and uprooting my plants. Problem got worse over years so I am dealing with it now. Thanks yarddog.
