Strangest thing

Movie came in a timely manner, new sealed case (new), appeared to have no dust or scratches, played fine until 2/3 of the way and FROZE UP. Wouldn't go past that point after 6 tries, wouldn't let me fast-forward beyond it either. Wouldn't let me select chapters beyond it AS IF THERE WAS NOTHING THERE?! I watched another old movie of mine %26 another new one that arrived today-no problems. Tried it again same wierd issue....WM promptly refunded my $.
