Sturdier than you think!

At first glance, you would think this roasting pan is rather flimsy, but you will be pleasantly surprised to find an extremely sturdy and large non-stick roasting pan! The pan by itself weighs just under 2 pounds. Add in the rack and the weight is almost 3 pounds! Pick up the roaster pan and try flexing it. You can't! Very sturdy carbon steel. The pan is a generous 18.9" x 13.4" and 2.76" high. Please do not use metal utensils, as they will scratch the non-stick surface. The rack is wire steel and will certainly support your turkey or roasts. A must have for the upcoming holiday season! A+

Versatile and big

I cant wait for Thanksgiving to use this roasting pan. Its big and says it will fit a 27lb turkey. I have always used any pan that will fit the turkey, but now I have a designated pan. It comes with a rack to keep the turkey out of the juices so you can baste it. I use a cooking bag and it will fit right in along with dressing and potatoes. It lookes like it will be easy to clean up. I will take the rack out and use this for a london broil roast in a bag with potatoes and carrots. Yummy

Great Oven Pan Cooking

This non Stick pan is perfect to make assorted vegetables in the oven nice and crisp with seasoning to taste , perfect size and love the Non Stick . I use a cover of foil initially for part of the cooing so veg does not dry out then easily remove the foil for some crisp to the veg mix. This. pan is very sturdy and can be used with metal utensils ok also good to use on broil if cooking steaks. I love this pan and highly recommend it.
