This is a very nice, well made baking pan with a rack to hold a turkey up from the bottom of the pan. I used it to bake a Rack of Ribs in the oven slowly for 2-3 hours. The meat was so tender it just fell off the bone. The rack held the ribs up high enough so that I was able to add water to the pan. And this moisture helped prevent the meat from drying out. Basted with Hoisen sauce then 10-15 mins under the broiler. The best tasting, fall off the bone, melt in your mouth, oven baked BBQ Ribs. The pan was easy to clean but the racks cleaning was more tedious.

Adequate for 20lb turkey - Decent quality

A basic enameled roasting pan with a good roasting rack. Very good price point for a basic roaster and rack. Easily fit a 20lb turkey. Not a heavy duty metal pan as in food service level but more than adequate for roasting. Outside pan rim held onto aluminum foil. At a price where when it eventually wears out it can be inexpensively replaced.

Versatile and big

I cant wait for Thanksgiving to use this roasting pan. Its big and says it will fit a 27lb turkey. I have always used any pan that will fit the turkey, but now I have a designated pan. It comes with a rack to keep the turkey out of the juices so you can baste it. I use a cooking bag and it will fit right in along with dressing and potatoes. It lookes like it will be easy to clean up. I will take the rack out and use this for a london broil roast in a bag with potatoes and carrots. Yummy
