Magic Holder 5 Position

So I ordered this product, it was on clearance which I guess should have given me an indication of the quality but I went ahead with my purchase. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive and when it finally came and I opened it from the bag it was in, the box was destroyed, had been repaired with masking tape, and was dirty. I opened the box, the product itself is dirty, as if it had been used for years by someone and then returned. It requires quite a bit of installation, to include drilling into your wall or door. But includes no hardware. No screws or anything. Pretty disappointed and disgusted to say the least. Don't waste your time or money. And I will be contacting the company.

I bought this at Walmart Chateauguay and three, that's right three of the holders had broken springs. I found this out after I mounted it to the wall and then tried to put my brooms and mops up.
