worst customer service msd never answers

worked good for 500 miles than started getting low spark and sporadic timing issues .took it out of vehicle replaced it with old stlye distributor and it ran great so know decided to call tech support to have replaced or repaired only to never get off hold for more than 20 minutes 5 times of calling and only once to be answered and putback on hold unbelievable worst service ever
