I really like these Mainstays Clear Plastic Closet Shelf Dividers. They helped me organize my husbands work hoodies on the top shelf without having a pile that was constantly falling down. They are a great option if you like to keep things neat and orderly. The only down side was that you cannot adjust the depth and they are a bit deep for our old style closet shelf.
