Fantastic
This mouse works on all surfaces. It is comfortable in my hand and easy to operate. I got a red mouse instead of the mouse pictured and would have liked to have known that the pictured mouse may not be the one you receive. But that has nothing to do with the performance of the mouse. I would recommend this to anyone for entertainment use or for work. A great product.

I already own one for a desktop but just received a laptop I needed to get a mouse for so bought the free spirit design. Affordable, pretty, reliable, durable and comes with the first battery included!

Ergonomic. The wheel is sensitive, so small movements cover more distance than most competitors' products. It's easy to spin. The USB part fits inside the mouse under the battery cover. If it's necessary to cart the mouse around, the piece won't get misplaced. Logitech says a single AA battery will last for 18 months. I use rechargeable batteries and I'll be happy with 12-14 months between changes. So far, so good. This is an excellent value for a high quality unit at a very modest price point.
