Looks like new, works great!

I have a Westinghouse TV, Sony Blu-ray home theater system and a Channel Master DVR. Entered the model numbers and the commands automatically downloaded with remote attached to computer, pretty impressive. Logitech is the only universal remote I could find to control the Channel master (after LOTS of research). LCD display is nice touch. Remote looks like new. Package included usb cable but no batteries or manual (its all online anyway). Highly recommend this unit!!

Too bad not supported any more.

This probably is a very good universal remote. However, Logitech has stopped supporting it which could pose a potential problem in the future. If I update any of my A/V system in the future, the new components probably will not be in the library. Hence, I will not be able to reprogram it to work with my updated system.
