A Good Router!

This is my first time setting one of these up. I liked what it had to offer and I was not let down by it's performance! Easy! I can control it with my smartphone. It really doesn't take much time to set it up, 5 minutes. It's pretty much self explanatory. It comes with the cable to connect from your modem to the yellow (internet) port in the back. You enter a username and a password for yourself. Then select if this is your main or temporary router. Guest network, parental controls and media. Also, it has 4 ethernet ports. It does give you faster streaming/gaming, more devices. Takes out the worry of friends using my wifi. It's protected. And that annoying circle when it's buffering, gone. No more!

Gets the job done

i needed to replace my old (8 years!) router before it died. This Lynksys is a name I trust and it did not disappoint. The app is a definitely aimed at a novice but once you've named the 2.4 and 5 Ghz channels you just change your devices to the appropriate channel. I have 7 devices logged on and it always is at full strength.
