This product is excellent. I have used it at least a 100 times now after about 3 months of use. I have used and abused this rope and it still looks brand-new. the ability it gives you is awesome. I have a toyota tacoma and this rope gave my truck super powers it was able to pull a 18 wheeler out of a snow bank on a down hill slop. I have searched high and low and this rope is the best there is for the price very very happy with this product and I will be buying a lot more of there products.

This is a stretchable (kinetic) rope of extreme size and quality it is used to ' snap ' a stuck vehicle out of its stuck position by using the force of a sort of run and go from the tow vehicle that is doing the unstucking of the stuck vehicle. This can cause a greater tugging force to be exerted than could be applied by just the engine and friction of the tow vehicles tires. This rope is able to stretch some before applying a damaging amount of a solid non stretching tow rope and is extremely well made with braided looped ends on each end. This rope is huge looking and will probably last for a very long time. I would definitely recommend this product and the bag that it comes with as it is very high quality!

I purchased the Rhino Kinetic Energy Recovery Rope (7/8' x 20'). My son and his friends were using it and when it was returned, the outer layer significantly 'frayed'. Although he was not aware of anything they did to cause it, I am not sure it was not from human error. Regardless, I put in a claim to Rhino under the 'Life Time Guarantee'. I called, received a live human on the 2nd ring, briefly explained the issue, was provided the web link to upload a pic and document the claim, completed the form and within a few hrs I received a confirmation the rope was being replaced. Absolutely amazing service! The rope appears to be very high quality and I would certainly buy it again. I already knew Rhino had a great product offering, now I know they have the service to stand behind it.
