GREAT product and better costumer service

LOVE THE BABY ELEPHANT INFLATABLE. The elephant is detailed, the material is thick, and the size is perfect. Their inflatables are fantastic (I'm especially in love with the large baby elephants, they so hard to find anywhere else), I ordered a large inflatable from Jet Creations Inc., and the package was originally delivered late by FedEx to a location in Philadelphia, so when the package finally arrived, I was not there and it was left outside by mistake. Jet Creations immediately acknowledged the mistake, took responsibility, and went out of their way to resend my order to a different city where I was, no hassle, no drama. and their customer service turned a frustrating situation into a five-star experience. I'll definitely order from them again and again. Highly recommended!
