Java: For Beginners, (Paperback)

Every page has a "Java" watermark printed in the middle of the page. I've never purchased any book before with a watermark directly in the middle of the page, overlapping some of the sentences. The next big issue I have is the font color. On page 1, the first paragraph anytime Java is said, it's in grey/faded font. The best way to describe it is when you're trying to print something but you're low on printer ink. Then flipping through the pages, some questions inside of the book are also in that grey font. It's difficult to read, especially when some of the code is also in that grey font. There are spelling mistakes throughout the book as well. For example, page 61 has the text “standard value and nice-versa.”, which should have been “standard value and vice-versa.”. Overall, I can't recommend this book at all. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a Java beginners' book.
