It works great. I did have to shin the bottom for side to side level but I did that during initial set up.

This greatly simplifies leveling. Once attached, it is visible from the driver's seat so the driver can pull up on blocks and can see when the trailer is level. Then it can be swiveled and used for front to back leveling. It is removable (and should be) so the unit can be stored inside, protected from weather and road hazards. The one minor flaw is that when attached with the adhesive strips, the unit sags slightly when swiveled out for side-to-side leveling. A small shim helps support the bottom so it does not sag. I did not want to dock a full star, but be aware of this. Use of this is easy and it saves a lot of going back and forth between the truck and the trailer's door to check the torpedo level I was using prior to getting this level for side-to-side leveling and between the jack and door for front-to-back leveling. I would recommend this product. Just remember to remove it from the bracket and store inside when it is not being used.
