Good product bad instructions.
Ordered this for work and was told by a friend all you have to do is plug it in and the computer will auto detect and install everything. Not sure if it was my laptop or I had no clue what I was doing. After asking the all knowing google and a couple of videos here and there I got it figured out. Once I got everything installed it worked great. Did exactly what I needed it to do. Just wish they would send better instructions as to how to install the programs you need for it to work properly
