Gift Card Does Not Work

Digital gift card. Doesn't work, no matter what we tried. Barcode leads back to my order. I got this as a gift for my 91yo father because he is so hard to buy for, but loves Hardees biscuits. They drove to Hardees today, and the manager and all of the employees tried, to no avail. We had it printed out and Mother had her iphone with the barcode. Thanks for a great gift!
