Good workout for beginners

Good strength training workout. Focuses more on upper body than lower body, but still a nice overall workout. You can make it more difficult by increasing your weight load. Instructor is easy to follow and encouraging. Can't beat the price - great value!

What a great workout

I have to say that I love this workout. This workout is truly for anyone who strength trains and is looking for a challenge or just getting started. Hands down a great workout to do 3 times a week.
