Another great workout!

I have to say that I love this workout. This workout is truly for anyone who strength trains and is looking for a challenge or just getting started. Hands down a great workout to do 3 times a week.

Awesome series

This is one of my favorites in the series. All of Jari's workouts are challenging and fun. GREAT series! I would recommend to anyone. Plenty of modifications for all levels.
