Can't Give a Good Rating To What I Never Had

Walmart failed to ship the item. After a couple of weeks the item finally refunded, but I would have rather they had actually corrected the matter by SENDING it. On principle I have to give this rating but if you see it from a Marketplace Seller maybe you'll have better luck.
