TIS THE SEASON!

I was pleasantly surprised with how sweet and juicy these were! With produce, you don't always know. Even more surprising was the tag on the fruit said they were from South Africa! Who knew? I got a Navel Orange, too. Also from South Africa. Also sweet and juicy. When I look for Grapefruit, I look for the heaviest pieces of fruit. Heavy = Juicy.

I never leave reviews, but holy moly!! These grapefruits are the best I have ever had, I've ordered them probably 12 to 18 times, and 90% of them were like the best juiciest most awesome grapefruit ever. I have no idea how Walmart does it lol. If anyone is reading this, I live in North Texas, so maybe the supply chain is different in other areas, but I would give this 6 stars if I could. Wow.

Love the grapefruit.

Red and pink grapefruit are the best. The white or pale grapefruit not so much. There has to be a "blush" on the grapefruit to be considered sweet or ripe. The white or pale grapefruit tend to be bitter and for most people have to use sugar to tolerate eating the grapefruit. Most people are eating grapefruit for the purpose of a special diet concerns.
