Folbe Products, LLC guarantees that the products described in this warranty are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year, with respect to plastic products and plastic components of products. Such time periods begin on the original date of purchase. This warranty will not apply to any product or component of a product damaged as a result of an accident, improper installation, unreasonable use, lack of proper maintenance, unauthorized repair, modification, or any cause other than a defect in materials and/or workmanship. This warranty is void if repairs or modifications have been made or attempted by any unauthorized person. FOR BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT, THE CONSUMER IS LIMITED TO CONSUMER'S ACTUAL DAMAGES. SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED – EXCEPT IN STATES WHERE SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE UNLAWFUL. This warranty extends exclusively to the original purchaser of the warranted product. Subsequent purchasers and or transferees are not covered by this warranty agreement, unless Folbe Products, LLC otherwise agrees. If your product has a defect within the terms of the warranty, you should return it to Folbe directly. Call, email, or write Folbe Products for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and send this along with proof of purchase, postage paid, to our Washington State address. We will then repair or replace your product, our option, without further cost to you. If, however, we determine that the provisions of this warranty do not apply, we will repair the product and returned it to you at a reasonable charge for labor, parts and return postage.
