Best money spent!!
We've been using the Floatron for more than seven years . This has paid for itself and for the replacement anodes many, many times over. Just be careful when cleaning the nodes not to brush them too hard because you will waste them . We don't replace the anodes until they are just nubs and they don't work anymore . We live in Florida and our pool is used year round. During the winter months when the heat is not so high and the humidity is lower we barely need to use chorine at all. also for at least seven or eight months of the year we don't need to do anything about algae. The only time we need to worry about algae is after a tropical storm are Hurricane and so much mess gets blown in the pool. I really cannot recommend this Floatron device any more positively.
