Generally a Good Product

For a player of the right height, the flex trainer works well. I actually made a few personal design changes to the belt which I told Joe about and now I am 100 % satisfied with the belt's overall performance. And I am very satisfied with the Oncourt Offcourt company as a whole. Thanks for the attentiveness Joe Dinoffer.

A Must Have!

Tired of yelling bend your knees! and seeing no effort to bend. The flex trainer does it for you quick and easy to use. Just velcro it on and it is impossible not to get a couple of inches lower on groundstrokes. Adjusting requires a bit of creativity and the velcrow is a bit stiff on the ankles ... use a hand towel to put under the ankle straps tRead more about review stating A Must Have!o make it more comfortable . Bend those knees!

Love this product. Use it while on the ball machine and my legs get the BURN! Once off, feels like my legs are springs and staying low is second nature. My only suggestion for improvement would be a more stable attachment to the legs so the calf straps don't pull quite as much. Certainly small potatoes tho.
