Every this good except the delivery.

This is a very easy to use tool. Unfortunately, I ordered it online and the blade, blade cover and the nut that keeps the blade and cover together where loose and the nut was missing. There for I had to return it and reorder. The product is wonderful if you receive it in one piece. Or if you receive all the pieces .

We’re sorry to hear about the condition it arrived in. That’s frustrating, especially when the tool itself works well once complete. We appreciate you calling out the packaging issue and sharing your experience.

Good Rotary Cutter

Seems to work well more flimsy than I'd like buts stays in place and cuts straight

Glad to hear it's delivering the accuracy you need. While it may not be as rigid as you'd prefer, a guide that stays put and helps keep cuts straight is doing an important job behind the scenes. Thanks for sharing your feedback, and sometimes the unsung heroes of the sewing room are the ones quietly keeping everything lined up!

AMAZING PRODUCT

YOU NEED THIS if you are a craft person. It changed my life!!. It's literally my all time favorite item in my sewing room and can be used for multiple different projects. The only thing you'll regret is that you didn't buy it sooner. I do recommend changing out the blade that it comes with to a stronger 45mm. I switched it for the Fiskars 45mm Titanium. This rotary ruler is well worth the price.

We’re thrilled to hear the Rotary Ruler Combo Accessory has become a favorite in your sewing room! Its versatility is exactly what we designed it for, making multiple projects easier and more precise. Great tip on upgrading to the 45mm Titanium blade — that really can enhance performance for heavier cutting tasks.
