Very disappointed

I ordered the set of six shield and swords. When I received them in the mail, there was only one set. I called century novelty co and they said, that only one set is included for the price on their Website. They would not send me the missing sets. After several emails, they did give me a refund, instead of fulfilling my order. Very poor customer service!!! I will never deal with this company again!!!
