Exigent Circumstances

When a young girl is stolen from her family in a savage act of revenge against her devoted mother, and the girl is tortured by her evil kidnapper, Carter "Cat" Travis, and his former police partner, Harlan "Da Man" Jefferson, take action outside of the law. Acting anonymously, they engage the help of many other concerned citizens. Using their vast police experience, moments of inspiration, and by staying intensively focused, they lead those individuals, unknown to one another, but willing to risk their careers and personal safety to rescue the young girl and bring her kidnapper to justice. In that process, enormous corruption is uncovered in three states, and those responsible for the corrupt activities are also brought to justice.
