Very good workout experience.

This is my first ever review for any product. I highly recommend this workout. From the very first day of this workout I have seen and felt a difference in strength and toning and I have only done ten to twenty minutes for about 12 days and I am already seeing results and I look forward to each session.

Love this DVD!

If you have an aversion to exercise as I do, this is the series for you. Each DVD is broken into 10m segments that can be done as one 50m session or in smaller increments. I started by doing a single segment each morning and am working up to two and three segments as I build muscle and have more energy. Because breathing and stretching is the foundation of the Core Fusion methodology, you feel energized after exercising rather than exhausted. The more you do, the quicker you see results.
