I've been experiencing some dry itchy eyes and these have actually helped! I'm not a fan of using eye drops and now I don't have to. I also like that it has omegas, Vitamins A and E in it - all are great for eye (and skin) health. I'm not a seafood person, so supplementing with omegas is a good idea for me, anyway.
