Extremely Surprised by this game!

When I first came in contact with this game, I could not be more doubtful about how fun it would be. However, after playing it for just 5 minutes, it could not have proven me more wrong. It is the most fun way to mix music with your friends I've ever experienced. It is as easy as just adding another card to the board and see the joy or disgust in your friends' faces as the song you added becomes part of the mix. I could not have been more doubtful and now I cannot wait to get an expansion pack so I can go ahead and create even more mixes. Time goes by flying when you are feeling like the best DJ in Ibiza as you play this game. I even had one of my friends say he wanted to start mixing music just because of how much fun he had in combining a few songs while playing this game. Although I received this for a discounted price for a review, I cannot wait to get more expansion packs and add to my collection of songs to mix.

Great game for mixing music playing with friends!

This is one of the most impressive games I have seen lately! The app works super well with the game and is definitely necessary to play the game. There are three different ways to play the game- party, clash, and freestyle. The game also includes 60 cards that features music from all eras and genres. There are one, two, and three bar cards of four colors. The colors can only go in certain slots of the five slots. Then a one bar card can only replace a one bar card. A two bar card can replace a one or two bar card, and a three bar card can go over a one, two, or three bar card. Then there are white cards that can go on on any of the 5 slots on the board and have bonuses. You try to fill the five slots with as many of your cards while getting bonuses for certain plays. You don't have to play this game on a team, you can play on your own and make your own fun music! Some cards (FX) will trigger special events while other ones are considered Wild Cards which means you can play them in any mix slots. You will need 15 cards to make a playlist. Oh and the cards have a different level of power from 1 to 3. A card with a power level of 3 will have more impact on the mix compared to a card of power level 1.

FUN!

Pretty cool game! Pretty quick to setup, app is easy and responsive. I didn't play the actual versus game play but i'll be using it to play music, i think it's pretty fun. Only complaint is that it's battery operated, i would've preferred it be operated with a plug or USB so i don't have to change batteries constantly.
