Injection Quantity Notice:
The theoretical maximum injection quantity of 0–10g (0–0.35 oz) is the strict/realistic capacity range for this machine. The actual injection volume varies depending on the plastic material type (e.g., density, flowability, and melting characteristics).
● Lower-density or high-flow materials (such as PP, PE) may achieve the upper limit of ~10g under optimal conditions.
● Higher-density or viscous materials (such as PVC, PA, or certain ABS grades) may result in a lower actual injection weight.
The previously stated "0–15g" figure is an overestimated theoretical value and should not be used as a guaranteed standard for all materials.

Attention
1. Before operating the machine, check whether the mechanical and electrical parts are damaged, whether the machine frame part is obviously deformed, and whether the air line of the air cylinder is damaged or loose.
2. The machine needs to be connected to the driving air source after being received. The accessories include a 10mm air line and a straight insertion connector for easy connection to the air compressor (the silent 30l small air compressor needs to be prepared in advance.).
3. The air pressure requirement is between 0.65-0.85. The air pressure lower than the standard air pressure can cause defects in the injection molded product, while the air pressure higher than the standard air pressure is prone to danger.
4. The machine power supply needs to be properly grounded, and the grounding resistance should not exceed 5om. It is strictly prohibited to modify the pneumatic part of the machine power supply. The power supply should be 110V single-phase power supply.
