First of all, trust me when I say that you need this bike for your fitness journey if you don't have it. Assembly was a little difficult but I had my husband help me and figured it out. This bike is great, not noisey, the seat is so comfortable and the it's lightweight- I can move it around the house easily and even my husband is able to use it for reference he is 200 lbs 5'10 man. You will not be disappointed I highly recommend this bike.
