I purchased the bike and while assembling I snipped the wire on the handle bars. I emailed the company and received a response in less than 24 hours. After a few emails back %26 forth a new handle bar was shipped to me. I call that wonderful service! No charge to me. The bike itself is very quiet. I ride while watching television and I don't need to increase the volume of the tv at all. I get a good workout and can catch up on my shows! I highly recommend this company and bike!!

The quality surprised me, it's a really sturdy bike and does not make noise. It's easy to move around and doesn't take up too much space.
