5 Stars - Comfort/Quality/Price/Support

5 Stars - below whyThere is a multiple factors why I believe this exercise bike deserves 5 stars. I decided to give it a proper spin before writing this review.1. Its perfect for a my working wife and mom to relax/workout after a busy day. Alignment of pedals seat and handle let you seat in comfortable ā€œlean back positionā€ and still has some decent workout with variety of resistance settings. Plus resistance bands are great addition.2. Quality build - it does not seems or feel flimsy. That was originally my biggest worry. Flywheel and overall resistance are great and seems to have no problem with moderate training.3. Cost - cant really complain here. Quality to price ratio makes it a great purchase.4. Support - we had issue related to the shipping condition we received the box/some components were broken. Itā€™s been resolved within minutes and new bike was delivered within days.

Sturdy with lots of features

This bike is very sturdy, easy for a senior to get on and off. Adjustable to height/leg length with a very padded & comfortable seat. I love that it is bluetooth enabled and can connect data to my fitness app. I also appreciate the built in tablet/phone holder. It was a challenge to assemble and took 2 peoplr 4 hours but, there werenā€˜t any missing parts. Numbering the pieces or step by step diagrams would be helpful.Follow the directions step by step and don't try to move the bigger box yourself, it's very heavy. Overall very happy with my purchase.
