I purchased the bike and while assembling I snipped the wire on the handle bars. I emailed the company and received a response in less than 24 hours. After a few emails back %26 forth a new handle bar was shipped to me. I call that wonderful service! No charge to me. The bike itself is very quiet. I ride while watching television and I don't need to increase the volume of the tv at all. I get a good workout and can catch up on my shows! I highly recommend this company and bike!!

I've never ordered online from Walmart before but I couldn't find this bike anywhere else. I'm really glad that I did order it, it arrived a day before the estimated delivery date!! The quality surprised me, it's a really sturdy bike and does not make noise. It's easy to move around and doesn't take up too much space. It's comfortable and super convenient, it's really easy to sneak in 30-40 min workouts during the day. Thank you to Walmart and Merach, 10/10 for me.
