Current Wisdom, (Paperback)

A quest novel that originates from a husband's disappearance from an Indian Ashram into ? Where can he be?
His wife Mimi Malone becomes obsessed with finding him. This novel places itself in the mid '90's.
Dreams, Ancient photographs, her adopted grandmother, a French Waiter, her best friends, a down on his luck detective,
bits of clairvoyance from a red haired waitress (Gatekeepers) aid in her search. Overall, this is the story of
Mimi's community, of family, the Parish Priest, her high school friends, moving throughout like tributaries in Mimi's
human river. Midway, a small boy enters to become, first a friend, then a fellow artist, then so much more.
The final question is what makes us most content? Finding what one most desires or discovering
an unknown source of happiness?
