Crock-Pot® 4-Quart Classic Slow Cooker, Black

Good for 2 to 4 people. I live in Assisted Living Facility and only have a Microwave. This gives me more options to make things in my own apartment. I made a pork loin with veggies! Enough for 2 meals for two adults. I am making Homemade ‘baked' beans for tomorrow and the picture is of my beans to soak overnight and will add other ingredients tomorrow and cook on low for about 6 to 8 hours. suggestion: “google” Crockpot recipes for options!!! It doesn't take up a lot of room for counter top or storage! PERFECT for my apartment.

This is exactly what I wanted. It looks great, solid black. Very well made, and inexpensive. Four quart capacity is what I was looking for. When it's on the HIGH setting, it comes up to a nice simmer, not a boil, not a rapid simmer. A medium simmer. Already did a corned beef and cabbage with potatoes. This is a bargain. I did a beef veg soup, you can leave the leftovers in the removable crock. And at four quarts, doesn't take up the whole kitchen counter.
