Always have in car- love it!

I have this item behind my back in the car ALWAYS. I can adjust the size of the pillow/ back support when on a long drive. This is my third one as I seem to need to give them to friends with back issues. Great on an airplane also- but remember to take it when you deplane. I don't use the strap- seems unnecessary.

Fantastic

Bought two of them for different locations in my house. My chiropractor recommended them as he has some in his office. One is installed on my recliner with the addition of an extra strap. I am very happy with them. I thought at first they were priced a little high, but after using them, they are well worth the money! Highly recommend them.

Just the right size for the plane

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this little beauty for a long plane ride. It's perfect! I fastened the strap of y waist pack through the tabs intended for attaching to a seat, and the cushion stayed put through a four hour flight. Every so often I added or removed a little air. Great!
