I bought this set for my boyfriend as a birthday present. When i recieved it, it was shipped in a grey bubble package, you would think it would be protected, it was not. The corners were crushed in and the one side was ripped. When he opened the first season, all the discs were so tight in the cardboard holders (there was no felt or any kind of protection just the discs sitting right up against the rough cardboard) that the paint color of the box sleeves came off on the discs and wont come off. Every disc in every box has the paint color on them, i dont know if the box was exposed to temp abuse when in storage or transport causing the colors to "bleed" onto the discs. The discs play without any skipping or pausing, so that is a plus. For how much money you spend on this set you would think the discs would be more protected. I ordered many items off walmart.com and never had any problems. I am very disappointed about this purchase. We are going to keep this only beacuse the discs play without any problems and i dont want to deal with the hassel of returning and waiting for a new one that will probably have the exact same things wrong with it as ive had with this set. I bought a cd/dvd holder to place all the discs in so they are PROPERLY protected and wont become scratched or damaged.
