Poor fitment

I purchased this and had problems with the fitment. When bolted to the front of the engine the bottom of the motor plate tilts up at an angle.This is the case on both sides. These plates are being used with 2 x 3 frame rails and will require notching in order to have the plates sit flat on the frame rails. Additionally they are not the same width, the driver side is longer. I have a lot of work to modify these. I would have been better off buying a one piece plate and modifing it.
